Delivery:

Production of a custom cat tree will take 2 to 6 weeks. Cat trees that are priced on our site will take a maximum of 2 weeks to get them ready for delivery unless otherwise mentioned. When a tree is ready, shipment will take on average 3 to 4 days within Europe.

Custom made products:

- Buyer has to pay 50% of the total purchase price up front after placing the order. Work will start as soon as payment is received.

- Buyer is obligated to purchase the ordered product and has to make full payment at delivery.
